Welcome to the Catholic Music Zine. The purpose of this site is to help promote Catholic music and provide information about Catholic artists. Most people have heard something about the Christian music scene. There are Christian bands in just about every style of music that people would want to listen to. There are Christian rock bands, Christian punk, Christian rap, Christian hardcore, Christian pop, Christian ska. The list could go on. It's also relatively easy to find these Christians bands. You can go to the local Christian book store and find tons of stuff on Christian bands. There are several magazines and website dedicated to particular styles of Christian music. But what if someone wants a specifically Catholic band. I've looked and the information isn't too easy to find. You can search the Internet and find some web pages for different Catholic bands. There are a couple of sites that try to be more or less comprehensive, but nothing that puts the information in an easy to read news style format.
