2)The user agrees not to submit any content that would be a violation applicable law to display on the Internet.

3) The user agrees not to submit any contents that would be considered pornographic.

4)By submitting content to catholicmusiczine.com, the user is granting catholicmusiczine.com, it's owner, and any potential future owner(s) a royalty free license to use the work submitted. This license gives us the unlimited right to copy and distribute the work on the Internet or in a similar electronic medium. The license also gives us the right to modify the work submitted however we see fit only excluding the types of modifications described in paragraph 5. Specifically, we reserve the right, but not the obligation to edit submitted articles for spelling errors, grammatical errors, and length. We also reserve the right to modify links to products and services so that they contain our affiliate id. We are not obligated to the user to make any of the modifications listed above nor are we restricted to making the modifications listed above.

5)In allowing us the right to copy and modify the submitted works, we agree that we will strive not to change any article in a way which would misrepresent the expressed ideas of the author. If the user believes that such a misrepresentation has occurred, he must notify us of the content in question and how he believes that our modification to the article caused the misrepresentation. If no agreement can be reached as to the appropriate course of action, the only legal remedy the user has is to mandate that the submitted content be removed.
